2011 Bishop's Cup Information

The 16th annual Bishop's Cup, hosted by Parkersburg Catholic, is being held on September 9 - 10 , 2011 in Parkersburg.  Games on 9/9 will be played at the River Valley SC Tri-C Fields (grass fields, bring your own seats).  Games on 9/10 will be played at PHS Stadium (turf field, bleacher seating).  Both venues will provide concessions and rest rooms. SJHS game times and venues have not yet been finalized. A separate announcement will be distributed once game times and locations are known.

Both SJHS teams have been registered for the tournament and lodging has been procured for players at the following hotel:

Parents should act now if you wish to reserve a room at the team hotel.

As with previous Bishop's Cup tournaments, team supporters may purchase ad inserts in the tournament program to show support for your player(s)/team(s).  Quarter page ads (published in black and white) can be purchased for $25 each. The ad form is attached.   Paid ads must be received by the tournament office no later than 8/26.  Make checks payable to PCAA (Parkersburg Catholic Athletic Association).  

The ad payment mailing address is listed on the ad form.  All artwork must accompany the ad. Electronic copies of the artwork (JPG or EPS formats only) and your completed ad form can be e-mailed to the e-mail address listed on the ad form:
