Unlike previous seasons, team-provided hydration will not be available at every practice. Therefore, players are expected to bring their own hydration to practices. On occasion, especially on hot days, team water coolers may be provided to supplement in order to make sure that everyone stays properly hydrated. Cups will not be provided. Please talk to Robert Mays or Alicia Anderson this week during practices if you would like to assist with providing hydration to the teams. |
