Bishop's Cup - Last Minute Details

VERY IMPORTANT: All players must attend school on Friday, 9/9, in order to be eligible to play in cup matches this weekend
.  The boys will be dismissed at 10:15 AM and the girls will be dismissed at 12:05 PM.  Any girl player who must travel with a boys team family will be dismissed with the boy players to leave at 10:15.

PLAYERS: We are the HOME team for the Friday games and AWAY team for the Saturday games.  We should be wearing WHITE on Friday and BLUE on Saturday.  HOWEVER, it is VERY IMPORTANT to BRING ALL UNIFORMS (blue, white, yellow)  WITH YOU TO EVERY GAME.

All games on Friday, 9/9, are being played at the Tri-C Fields venue.  The venue street address is

The Boys Varsity plays Charleston Catholic on 9/9 at 2:30 PM.  Players are to be at the field for warmups by 1:30 PM.
The Girls Varsity plays Charleston Catholic on 9/9 at 4:30 PM.  Players are to be at the field for warmups by 3:30 PM.
The Boys JV plays Clarksburg Notre Dame on 9/9 at 6:30 PM.  Players are to be at the field for warmups by 5:30 PM.

Parents and Fans - The Tri-C Fields location doesn't have any spectator seating, so please remember to bring your chairs.

All games on Saturday, 9/10, are being played at the Parkersburg High School (PHS) venue.  The street address is

If the Girls lose on Friday, they will play in the Girls consolation game on 9/10 at 10 AM.  (Be at field by 9 AM for warmups).
If the Girls win on Friday, they will play in the Girls championship game on 9/10 at 2 PM. (Be at field by 1 PM for warmups).

If the Boys lose on Friday, they will play in the Boys consolation game at noon.  (Be at field by 11 AM for warmups).
If the Boys win on Friday, they will play in the Boys championship game at 6 PM.  (Warmups right after mass).

An outdoor mass will be held at 4:30 PM at the stadium for all cup attendees and families.  Fr. Eric Hall will be the celebrant.  Many of you may know Fr. Eric from his time as pastor at Sacred Heart parish here in Huntington.

It's going to be a great, and hopefully, winning (and dare I say, dry???) weekend!!
