Physical exams will be given this Sunday, 7/31, at the high school from 3 to 5 PM.  Any student planing on playing a high school sport this year must have a physical exam. A parent or guardian must fill out part of the form, which can be downloaded using this link.  Please print out the physical form and fill out the prerequisite information beforehand to help expedite the process on Sunday.
